The owners have created an emergency situation, emergency solutions are needed now, create a new system of governance of society :

5. We must establish collaborative links and exchanges with other countries willing to establish with us and we need to help us help from other countries to tackle the crisis!
6. We must begin to reorganize other relationships and social activities in accordance with the new production base: only the organized masses of the people can solve problems created by the bourgeois leadership on society! These are emergency measures that are used to cope with the crisis!
